Hi people

Like last year we have the traditional BSD-booths at FOSDEM again with FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, MirBSD and BSDCG.

I really like to see some French speaking people from this forum, especially Rodrigo. He did a heck of a job last year!

We have a novelty this year: This is the first time we have a joint PostgreSQL - BSD developers room and we are looking for people doing a talk there. Everything is possible so if you are interest please contact me via any mean.

Like last year we will have printed CDs, this time it will be FreeBSD 7.0 and hopefully FreeSBIE 2.1 based on FreeBSD 7.0.

The French flyers we had last year were very successful. Maybe somebody wants to translate more of the flyers? I have updated a lot in between and only one flyer (called Multimedia) is missing. We have finished 16 flyers out of 17 now in German and English. It would be nice to have 6-7 flyers in French too.

Dear Daniel, fug-fr members,

I first want to apologize because this post is in English.

We are currently working on the 'solutions linux' meeting, who takes place in Paris in January, peoples we restart the flyers translation process. 4 flyers are translated and 3 are under process.
I think new ones will come soon.

About the talks in the dev room, I personally not ready for this, maybe other peoples....
I will ask other FreeBSD fanatics about it Wink

And, just because you don't ask, yes of course I'll be at the fosdem in February.
